Sized by the code, not by guesswork

Enter your headcount and the calculator applies Cal/OSHA 8 CCR 1526 and 1527: one toilet and one handwash station per 20 workers, plus a locked women's unit under AB 521. Print the quote and hand it to the inspector.

02

High-rise and tenant improvement

Crane-liftable units with certified rigging frames for every floor, 250-gal holding tanks for TI jobs with no sewer access, and service on whatever floor the unit sits. We've done the 5 AM crane picks.

03

One portal, every site

Every unit on a map. Request extra service, a move or a pickup in one tap. Download COIs, W-9s and service logs with timestamps and photos — the paperwork a GC actually asks for.

Questions we get a lot

How often do you service construction units?

Weekly is included. Crews over 10 or heavy-use sites usually add a second visit for $45 per unit per week. You can change frequency any time from the portal.

Do I need a permit to put a unit on the sidewalk in San Francisco?

Yes — SF Public Works requires a Street Space permit for anything on the sidewalk or roadway. Most other cities have an encroachment permit. We'll tell you what applies when you enter the address.

Can I get Net-30 terms?

Yes. Apply from the portal in two minutes; approved accounts get Net-30 and one consolidated invoice per month across all sites.

What about a women's restroom on site?

AB 521 directs Cal/OSHA to require a designated single-user toilet for female and nonbinary workers. Our compliance pack includes a locked, signed unit so you're ahead of the rule.
