The right number of stalls
Rule of thumb: one stall per 75 guests for a 5-hour event with a bar. Our calculator does the math, adds ADA at 5% where the public is invited, and tells you which trailer fits — before you talk to anyone.
Trailers that match the venue
Hardwood-look floors, porcelain fixtures, A/C and heat, LED lighting, music-ready. Add an attendant to keep it spotless, a generator for the vineyard with no hookup, and we'll park it where your planner points.
No surprises on the invoice
The weekend rate includes everything inside our 25-mile zone. Beyond that it's $3.50 a mile, printed on the quote. Peak season (May–Oct) adds 15% on trailers and we say so up front.
Questions we get a lot
How far ahead should I book a trailer?
May through October weekends go 2–3 months out. Off-season, two weeks is usually fine. The calculator shows live availability once you pick a date.
Does the trailer need power and water?
Trailers arrive with full fresh-water tanks. For power, two or three 20A circuits within 100 ft works; otherwise add a quiet generator and we handle it.
Can you deliver to a park or a beach?
Often yes — most parks require a sanitation plan and sometimes a permit. Tell us the venue and we'll walk you through it.
Is there an attendant option?
Yes, $45/hour with a 4-hour minimum. Highly recommended for 200+ guests or anything with an open bar.
Pick a date. See the price. Done.
Guest count, hours, bar or no bar — the calculator handles the rest.
